It debuted on Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday, January 15, 2021.

The Polk Institute Foundation, a 501(c) 3 pending, is an innovative online enterprise offering Master Level Practitioner Training. Pi Academy is a 10-month program. program, the Pi Accelerator is a six-month program. Once completing the 16-month training, the Pi Social Entrepreneurs will be given direct access to capital funding. The program is open to all entrepreneurs and focuses on graduating Black and Brown fundable CEOs.

February 1, the first day of Black History Month, the Polk Institute of Social Entrepreneurship will launch its first cohort class. This is because of the Institute’s emphasis on Black and Brown entrepreneurs. More than 20 entrepreneurs nationally, from Atlanta to Boston, from Chicago to Los Angeles, will participate in this innovative online tuition-free Master Level Academy, Mentorship/Training Accelerator and Capital Funding 40-week program.
